Joe McIntire, MBA, FAHM
Joe has more than 25 years of experience working at health plans, hospitals, and large integrated delivery systems in all lines of business. Areas of expertise include IT strategic planning, IT management, assessment and optimization, program/project management and governance, selection and procurements, system implementations and integration, regulatory compliance, audits, and payer and provider operations. He has experience in startup environments, turnaround operations, and post-merger integrations. Joe focuses on optimizing business operations, reducing costs, improving quality and compliance, and increasing consumer choice, access, and satisfaction.

- Served in various IT executive positions with health plans, integrated delivery systems, and vendor organizations
- Experienced with many payer and provider systems, including Facets, QNXT, and Epic Tapestry
- Served as IT executive for a regional startup health plan; developed strategic IT plan and managed IT department
- As CIO/IT director, led the implementations and support of numerous systems for payers
- Assessed several TPAs on behalf of clients for improvements and/or replacement
