Linda Whitley-Taylor

Linda Whitley-Taylor is executive vice president and chief people officer of Change Healthcare. Previously, Ms. Whitley-Taylor was executive vice president and chief human resources officer at Amerigroup Corporation. Prior to Amerigroup, Ms. Whitley-Taylor was senior vice president of Human Resources Operations for Genworth Financial, where she helped take the company public in 2004. Prior to that, Ms. Whitley-Taylor spent 15 years with GE in a variety of roles and locations, including operations, quality, training, talent management, and human resources. She is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Ms. Whitley-Taylor has a B.A. in psychology from Radford University. She served as rector of the Board of Visitors at Radford University, and she is a board member of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Nashville.
