Loretta Cecil

EVP, General Counsel

Loretta Cecil is executive vice president and general counsel for Change Healthcare. Previously, Ms. Cecil was senior vice president, Governance Relations, at McKesson and general counsel for McKesson Technology Solutions (MTS). She supported the board of directors, chairman, chief executive officer, and other members of McKesson's executive committee regarding governance and related shareholder outreach.

Prior to joining McKesson in 2006, Ms. Cecil spent three years as general counsel and chief compliance officer for NCR Corporation's Retail Division. Prior to that, she was a member of Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP (now Womble Bond Dickinson), where she led the law firm's national Telecommunications Practice Group and Georgia Government Relations Practice Group. Formerly, Ms. Cecil held several senior positions within AT&T.

Ms. Cecil received her law degree with honors from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and was admitted to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
