Rod O'Reilly

EVP & President, Software & Analytics

Mr. O'Reilly is executive vice president and president, Software & Analytics, at Change Healthcare. Previously, he was president of McKesson Health Solutions (MHS). He led MHS' portfolio of industry-leading clinical evidence and technology to help payers and providers collaborate for better healthcare at lower costs. Prior to that, Mr. O'Reilly led portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, and integrated planning as senior vice president of Strategy and Business Development for McKesson Corporation, and he formerly served as president of Health Systems Enterprise Solutions in the company's technology segment. Before taking that role, he was president of the Enterprise Medical Imaging Group. Mr. O'Reilly joined McKesson in 2002 through the acquisition of A.L.I. Technologies, where he had served as vice president of operations since 1998.

Mr. O'Reilly earned his B.A. in business administration from Simon Fraser University and his M.B.A. from the University of British Columbia.
